Orders and Payments

Making a purchase from our site is a very simple process. Browse our store’s product pages, take your time to study the available information regarding the products of your interest and add what you want to buy to your shopping cart. After completing your selections, click on ‘Complete Order’ where you will be asked for some necessary details for completing  your order.

Upon order submission you will receive an email confirmation. This is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that there is a contract between us. We will confirm your order and only when we send you the invoice a contract is created between us.

We include this term to protect us in the event of an error in pricing, we mistakenly place our product prices on our website or are no longer able to place a particular product for a reason. In case of a price change, we will always contact you to ensure confirmation of your acceptance that the price is acceptable.

Click on “Orders” under “My Account” at the bottom of the page to view your recent orders or click here. In order to view your order you must be connected to the system.

Our customers can change or review their account information stored, such as their home address or e-mail address through our website. In order to access your account, you must have your username and password available. If you forget your username and password, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

We accept payments via Paypal. We also send orders to Greece with Cash In Hand payment option. For orders with Cash In Hand to Greece, we notify you that they will charge an additional € 8,50 to your local post office for the issue of the payment check in Cyprus. This is a charge for the Greek Post Office and is NOT included in our charge for preparing and sending your order.
